fed up
ˌfed ˈəp/
adjective
As a pharmacist, I'm fed up with people living lives that fall short of the joyful, whole lives we are designed to live. I see people everyday who are depleted. They're robbed of heath and joy. Instead, I want people to be fed UP. Filled UP. Lifted UP. Using the knowledge I gained in over a decade of school plus those life lessons we're all taught along the way, I want this blog to be a place where you can learn and grow. A place where people can be filled up with all things good. Good food. Good words. Because let's face it, sometimes life itself isn't all that good. And we are fed up. Now it's time to get filled up.
